Running and gunning with " In the Act of Violence "

I had the chance today to shoot with the band " In the Act of Violence ". They had awesome energy and are great to work with. "LIKE" them on Facebook www.facebook.com/intheactofviolencemusic

They were on set shooting their new music video for the song "A Place to Hide" when I had some time to pull them aside for a few quick promo shots. I'm looking forward to shooting a studio session with them in the next few weeks. Keep a sharp eye for more photos and a music video from these guys real soon. For now check out a few selects from the day.

Bolero Bolero

Had the chance to shoot a show for a friend, Alex Woods. The band is called BOLERO. I don't shoot concerts much anymore, I decided it would be a productive way to spend a Saturday night. Here is what I came up with.

Indian Summer with Garret

I spent Sunday night shooting some headshots for an actress, after the shoot had some time to shoot Director/Producer Garret Henry. I chose to show these images based on the opposite of Garret's character and humor...

Occupy Toronto Movement (night four)

I have not updated this blog in over a year due to using my website. It's time to change that.

The Occupy Toronto movement has been camping out in a downtown park since Saturday. I have been spending some time there the last few days photographing some of the events. The series of images in this post are from the march the movement had tonight towards Dundas Square. This was nothing but a peaceful gathering, gaining more of a crowd as the movement made it's way to the intersection of Dundas and Yonge.

It's clear I am a photographer before a writer, so enjoy the photos.
